Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Patti is a founding partner of Carolinas Counseling Group and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in agency, school, church, and university settings.

Patti specializes in working with adolescents and adult women, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. She primarily uses a cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT), while also integrating a variety of other counseling methods to meet each client’s unique needs.

Patti’s counseling style is characterized by deep listening, genuine compassion, and honest reflection. She believes that meaningful change happens in a safe, trusting relationship—one where both therapist and client work together toward healing and growth.

Grounded in her Christian perspective, Patti’s approach emphasizes acceptance, compassion, and respect for every person. She views counseling as a collaborative process and is committed to helping clients discover greater peace, purpose, and emotional well-being.
