Meet Paige
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Paige is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University.
Paige is passionate about providing supportive and compassionate counseling that helps individuals grow in ways that truly matter to them. She believes it’s an honor to walk alongside her clients and is committed to creating a warm, accepting space where they can be fully themselves. Her hope is that through their work together, clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward a more balanced, connected, and authentic life.
Her counseling style is strengths-based and trauma-informed, and she tailors her approach to each person’s unique needs. Paige sees therapy as a collaborative process and works with clients to explore their concerns, build practical tools for navigating life’s challenges, and deepen their understanding of what matters most to them. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach for treating trauma and other distressing experiences.
She enjoys working with adolescents (11+) and adults of all ages navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and depression.
Outside of counseling, Paige enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, taking long walks, baking, and discovering new coffee shops.
