Meet Logan

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (NC)

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (SC)

Starting counseling can feel like a big step. Logan creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. At the core of her work is authenticity and compassion, because real healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and supported.

Logan doesn’t believe in “fixing” people. Instead, she partners with you, walking alongside you as you explore challenges, strengths, and what truly matters in your life. Together, you’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.

Her approach is flexible and personalized, drawing from evidence-based methods such as:

  • Person-Centered Therapy, so you feel genuinely heard and respected

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to build resilience, self-compassion, and clarity around your values

Logan works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, parenting stress, divorce or relationship changes, and body-image concerns. She specializes in supporting adult women through life transitions such as becoming empty nesters, redefining their sense of purpose, and returning to the workforce. No matter what brings you to counseling, her goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

When she's not working with clients, Logan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, drinking a little too much coffee, caring for her dog Toby, and getting lost in a good book.
