Logan Cato, MACC, LCMHCA

Logan graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA).

 Logan’s counseling is built on trust, emotional safety, compassion, and honesty. She integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients grow, understand themselves, and build resilience. Logan believes her role is not to “fix” anyone, but to collaborate and offer support as they build a life that reflects their values and who they truly are.

Areas of Experience:

Logan specializes in working with individuals of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, and body shame. She is also pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist to support the developmental needs of children and their families.
