Meet Logan
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (NC)
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (SC)
Logan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in South Carolina, where she also offers telehealth sessions. She earned her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
At the heart of Logan’s counseling practice is authenticity. She believes healing begins in a space that feels safe, compassionate, and real. Rather than focusing on “fixing” people, Logan walks alongside her clients—offering support, perspective, and encouragement as they navigate what matters most.
Logan tailors her approach to fit each person’s needs. She draws from:
Person-Centered Therapy, to create a supportive space where clients feel truly heard.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help break unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier ways of thinking.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to foster resilience, self-compassion, and living in alignment with personal values.
She works with both adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or body shame. Whatever you may be facing, Logan’s goal is to help you cope, heal, and reconnect with who you are—so you can move forward with greater peace and confidence.
