Logan Cato, MACC, LCMHCA, LPCA

Logan earned her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and is also licensed in South Carolina (LPCA), allowing her to see residents of SC via telehealth.

The heart of her counseling practice is being real. By showing up with honesty and compassion, she creates a space where you can breathe and feel safe. Logan doesn’t believe in “fixing” people, but in walking alongside you as you sort through what matters most.

Logan offers different approaches based on your needs: Person-Centered Therapy to help you feel heard and supported, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to notice and challenge the negative thought spirals we all get stuck in, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to accept what you can’t control and live according to your values.

Areas of Experience:

Logan works with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, tough life changes, and body shame. If any of that sounds familiar, you don’t have to go through it alone. Logan would love to walk with you and help you find ways to cope, heal, and feel more like yourself again.
