Meet Kristina
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Kristina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, serving clients across both North and South Carolina.
Seeking counsel is an insightful step. It does not mean you can’t handle life’s challenges — it means you recognize the value of objective, professional support to become the best version of yourself. Counseling is a powerful way to create lasting change and personal growth. While there are no “quick fixes,” consistent sessions, honest conversations, reflection, and learning new tools can lead to meaningful transformation.
Kristina works with adults and couples, believing strongly in the power and potential of marriage. She often helps couples break free from hurtful, repetitive patterns that slowly erode connection. Together, you’ll work to rebuild trust, improve communication, and form new, healthier relationship patterns.
Her unique experience includes working with law enforcement officers, rescue workers, military personnel, and their families. Kristina provides a safe and understanding space for first responders to work through Post-Traumatic Stress and Moral Injury.
She also helps individuals facing anxiety, panic disorders, grief, and loss, as well as those coping with the emotional challenges of cancer.
With advanced degrees in both counseling and theology, Kristina brings a holistic perspective to her practice — addressing emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being to help clients find healing, growth, and renewed hope.
