Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. Originally from Georgia, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Georgia before completing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University.
Courtney works with adolescents (11+) and adults of all ages, providing compassionate support for challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing her to tailor treatment to each client's diverse needs and concerns.
Committed to fostering purposeful therapeutic relationships, Courtney adopts a holistic perspective, understanding that each individual's story, treatment path, and desired outcomes are unique. Her primary goal is to offer clients a secure and accepting space to navigate their distinct life challenges with compassion and understanding.
Outside of the counseling room, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, staying active, traveling, and exploring new restaurants around Charlotte.
